We ship worldwide via Registered Post using 1st class recorded delivery. All packages feature tracking data which allows You to determine the expected arrival date.
Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact You.
Once Your item has been dispatched, we will send You a confirmation email including a tracking number.
All orders are dispatched in 2 business days.

If your country is not on the list, contact us directly via info@tanchel.com and we might make a special shipment to Your country of residence.
Customs Duties
Any order placed on the www.Tanchel.com website and delivered outside of the EU territory, may be subject to taxes and customs duties when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are at the customer’s expense and under its responsibility. TANCHEL is not required to check and inform customers of customs duties and any applicable taxes. In order to know them, it is up to the customer to check with the relevant authorities of the country of delivery.
Returns

If You have ordered the wrong size, decided the items do not fit You perfectly or wish to return it for any other reason we are ready for You to do so within 14 days of delivery. We are not able to accept returned items that are dirty, have been worn or have marks on a surface. All the returned products have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. All return shipment costs will be at the customer’s expense. If You wish to return Your order You may send us an email info@tanchel.comand simply return to our warehouse to the address below:

The parcel should be returned using the Tracked & Signed service. The refund will be made as soon as the returned parcel has been received (max 2 business days). We recommend You get a proof of posting. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not do standard exchanges. For a new size, another model, or a different color, simply make a new order on our online store.

TANCHEL reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the return requirements. If Your return is not accepted, it will be send to You at Your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate Your understanding.

Shipping Liability

We require a signature for all goods that are delivered. Acceptance of a delivery is Your responsibility, please ensure that You or if You have specified a recipient (for example as a gift) are present at the delivery destination. We will not accept liability for any item(s) that have been delivered to the correct address but signed for by another party (for example a neighbour)

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused Shipments

If You decide to refuse any shipments You are responsible for the original shipping charges to You and the return charges of the package to Tanchel.com. The amount will be deducted from Your merchandise refund.

Payments & Returns

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Delta/Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment will be debited from Your account upon despatch of Your order.

Tanchel.com allows orders to be processed online using a valid credit or debit card. Please note, we do not keep Your credit card details on file. Your credit/debit card issuer may undertake additional security checks to confirm that it is You who is making the order. If the issuer of Your credit/debit card refuses, or does not for any reason authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery or subsequent non-delivery.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PAYSERA.com, a secure online payment gateway that collects card details.

PAYSERA.com will request the card number, expiry date, card holder name, address and security code value. The information is then further encrypted against the transaction details before being sent to the acquiring bank for authorisation. PAYSERA.com does not store security codes but they do store card numbers in an encrypted format using AES 256 encryption.

Whilst Tanchel.com takes all reasonable care to keep Your details secure, we cannot be held liable for any loss You may suffer if a third party obtain unauthorised access to any data You provide when ordering or making payment on this site.

Refunds

Refunds are processed during 2 business days after we receive returned item. Money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to 4 days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds are processed during 2 business days after we receive returned item. Money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to 4 days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.

Orders

Order Processing Time

Orders received before 2.00pm (CET) Monday – Friday will be processed within 48 hours pending item availability and payment authorisation. Orders placed after 2.00pm (CET) will begin processing the following working day. Orders placed on Saturda and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on Bank and Public Holidays will be processed on the first working day following the Bank and Public holidays. We reserve the right to change our processing times during heavy ordering periods.

Ordering

When You order an item from Tanchel.com You are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms. All orders are subject to a non-refundable shipping charge, please see our charge structure under SHIPPING. Once You have placed Your order, we will send You an email acknowledgement detailing the item(s) purchased, shipping charge, an order reference number and the value of Your order that will be debited from Your credit/debit card. This is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance from Tanchel.com

Order Acceptance

Unless we have notified You that we do not accept Your order or You have cancelled Your order, our acceptance and completion of Your order will take place when we have notified You via email that the item(s) You have ordered have been dispatched. Our acceptance of Your order will be deemed complete and received by You at the time and date of sending You the email. Emails will automatically be assumed as received by You and if for any reasons beyond our control You have not received any emails from Tanchel.com within 24 hours of placing Your order You must contact us immediately.

Cancelling Orders

If You wish to cancel Your order You can notify us via email info@tanchel.com before Your order is dispatched or where an order has already been dispatched You can return the item(s) in accordance with our Returns policy.

All orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Our Products

Warranty

TANCHEL bracelets waranty is valid for 3 months after purchase date.

TANCHEL clutch bags & bags guarantee is valid for 1 year after purchase date.

Your satisfaction is of great value to us, and we will repair any and all manufacturing defects in as timely a period as possible.

For orders made on www.Tanchel.com, the warranty begins on the date of receipt of the order.

Bracelet repairs take up to 1 week, excluding shipping time.

Clutch bags & bags repairs take up to 2 weeks, excluding shipping time.

If the warranty period has expired, repairs are available to customers at the following charges:

Complete change of clasp for bracelets (depends on a style): 10-25€

The return of out of warranty products must be accompanied with the payment (order receipt).

Item Availability

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items displayed on this website, occasionally we do sell out of certain sizes, colours or products. If we are out of stock on an item You have ordered, You will be notified via email.

Product Representation

Product details, colours, descriptions, sizes are shown on this website as accurately as possible. Colours can vary depending on Your monitor and we cannot guarantee that Your monitor’s display of colour will be exact. You must read the descriptions carefully before purchasing the item(s) to avoid disappointment later.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are in EUR and include VAT (where applicable). Prices do not include Postage. Shipping and the appropriate rates are set out in our Shipping section of this website. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is accepted and will be honored.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any persons for whatever reason, to withdraw any products from the website at any time or remove or edit any content and material on this website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing of any products from this website whether or not the products have been sold, refusing to process a transaction or suspending a transaction after processing has begun.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on this site and your continued use constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.
